Q. How do I get a library card?

If you are a student, faculty, or staff member of UWF, then your Nautilus Card is your library card.

The Libraries are happy to offer borrowing privileges to alumni of the University. If you already have a Nautilus Card, it can be used as a library card. If you do not have a Nautilus Card, you can have an alumni card made at the Circulation Desk. In order to obtain an alumni card, you will need to present a photo ID.

If you are a resident of the 10 contiguous counties comprising Northwest Florida, or are from Baldwin, Escambia, or Mobile county in Alabama, are 18 years of age or older, and can present either a current State of Florida Driver’s License or valid photo ID plus proof of your address (ex: bill, lease agreement, etc.), we can provide you with a free community library card at the Circulation Desk.
