Priority Cataloging Request

UWF faculty, students, and staff may request that items with a temporary control number be given priority for rush cataloging. Items placed on priority status are processed within five working days.

NOTE: With our new Library Catalog you may now submit most Priority Cataloging Requests directly through the catalog. See our guide to Using the Library Catalog for more details. If you have difficulty with the process, please use the form below.

Notification

  • A confirmation of the request will be sent by E-mail within one business day. (You may contact the Circulation Department if you do not receive the confirming E-mail message.)

  • Requestors will be notified by E-mail when the items are available. Items will be held at the Circulation Desk for seven days.
