Library Staff

The libraries are staffed by 17 librarians and 30 technical assistants. Names, addresses, and functions are available both by alphabet and by department.

Services and operations are organized into departments consisting of Acquisitions, Administration, Automation, Bookkeeping, Cataloging, Circulation, Reference/Interlibrary Loan/Government Documents, Serials and Special Collections. There are two libraries in addition to the main library. A Curriculum Materials Library is housed in the College of Education Complex to better serve those students, and a full-service library is located on the Fort Walton Beach Campus to serve both the students of UWF and the students of Okaloosa/Walton Community College (OWCC).
