Permanent and demand reserve materials are listed by author, title, subject and keyword in the UWF Library Catalog. Course reserve materials are located by instructor's last name and/or course number in the course reserve component of the online catalog.
Many course reserve items are available electronically in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format and may be viewed online by clicking on the article’s provided link. If you have difficulty accessing or downloading online reserve materials, please see our E-Reserve FAQ page. Print course reserve materials are assigned an ART (article) or BOK (book) numbers as their call numbers. These numbers are necessary for the library staff to locate the course reserve materials for you at the Reserve Desk. |

Reserve materials are located in the Circulation Department on the first floor of the library. The Circulation/Reserve staff at the Circulation Desk (850-474-2414) on the first floor provides assistance with the location or availability of reserve materials.

Generally, we do not have copies of all textbooks on course reserve. We only have textbooks on reserve if the faculty member teaching the course brings a current copy by for us to do so.

Distance Learning courses are provided via Desire2Learn, the university's online learning management system.
To access materials on Desire2Learn, go to the http://elearning.uwf.edu web page and enter your password and login. Select the course you are interested in viewing.
Electronic course reserve materials are listed by session. Select the appropriate session to view the materials.

The loan period for course reserve materials is designated by the professor and varies from two hours to three days.
Unless otherwise stipulated, three reserve items may be checked out at a time. Reserve materials may not be renewed.

Fines for reserve materials are $1.20 per hour unless otherwise indicated.
