Library Fines
Overdue Fines
Overdue fines are 25¢ per item each day with a maximum of $8.00 per item. Additional
fines may be charged for overdue items that have been recalled. Overdue fines
for reserve materials vary and are higher (e.g., $1.20 per hour for hourly
loans and $4.00 per day for daily loans) with a maximum of
$12.00 per item.
Where do I pay?
Fines may be paid in person or by mail at the Cashier's Office (Bldg. 20), University of West Florida, 11000
University Parkway, Pensacola, FL 32514. Fines may also be paid online through Argus.
Lost Books
Replacement costs are usually $51.15 per lost book. If it is more cost effective, patrons may purchase a replacement copy of the lost book as
long as it is the same edition or newer and in the same format.
