Intercampus Loan
Introduction
The intercampus loan service provides access to those UWF-owned materials not currently available at the requestor's primary library, whether this is the John C. Pace Library (Pace), the Curriculum Materials Library (CML), or the Emerald Coast Campus Library (ECC). UWF faculty, staff, and students may request books through intercampus loan regardless of where the book or article you need is located (Emerald Coast Campus Library, John C. Pace Library or Curriculum Materials Library). You may request articles or books by clicking on the appropriate links below.
The article and book request forms are only for items owned by the UWF Libraries. If you need items that are not owned by the UWF Libraries, please use the interlibrary loan service. A valid UWF Nautilus Card number or access number is required.
Processing, Delivery, and Timeframes
Requests are processed during week days only. You may specify at which of the three libraries you want to pick up your materials. Books may be returned or renewed at any library. The average time for processing and delivering books and articles is five working days.
Notification
You will be notified by e-mail when the items are available for you to pick-up at the library you selected. If you have not received a response within five working days, please call:
