1. What do I do if my e-reserve reading is only printing out the first half of the first page?
Click on “Print” and then click on “Advanced,” making sure that the “Print as Image” box is checked. That should fix it.
2. Why am I only getting the first pages of the e-reserve reading?
Some of the readings may be divided into parts in an effort to keep the file sizes small. Click on “View Full Record” to see additional links.
3. I can’t get in! Why?
Your Nautilus Card may not be activated, or you may not have an Access Number. We can do this over the phone at the Circulation Desk: 850-474-2414. Or, you may request an Access Number via our online form.
4. I can't locate an item under my instructor's name. Why?
Try searching by course number. If you cannot locate the item either way, check with your instructor to see when they plan to bring the reserve item to us. Additionally, materials take some processing time.
