Loan Policies
Loan policies list how many books students can borrow and the amount of time they can be borrowed. Contact the Circulation or service desks at each library for policies, or see the webpage for each library at http://library.uwf.edu.
Nautilus Card
The Nautilus Card serves as a library card; it is needed to borrow books.
Students who are currently registered and current UWF employees can use their barcode number to access library databases and online services from home or off-campus.
To get a Nautilus Card, go to the Nautilus Card office in Building 20W, Room 162 (Pensacola Campus) or the Cashier's Office in Building 1, Room 115 (Emerald Coast Campus).
Library Access Number
Currently registered UWF students whose classes are not on a UWF campus may request a Library Access Number. They can use it to borrow books and to access library databases and online services. To request one, contact the John C. Pace Library Circulation Desk.
